Will protein help with weight loss?

Protein assists with weight loss by reducing hunger and boosting your metabolism. Whey protein also promotes fat loss by enhancing the release of glucagon (which builds muscle and burns fat) and by inhibiting the release of insulin (which encourages fat storage). 

Blending up a serve of our WPI with dairy/nut milk with some frozen fruit is a delicious healthy breakfast or lunch which will keep you nutritionally satisfied until your next meal.

We do recommend getting at least a minimal amount of exercise per day to make the most of our protein and it's weight management attributes.
