B2B Returns Policy

We will accept returned products within Australia given that the product is unopened and returned within one month of receiving the order.

If you wish to return a product for a full refund less postage expenses, please contact us at orders@bareblends.com.au with the order details and reason for return. 
  • Bare Blends Pty. Ltd. will not begin to process a refund or exchange until the returned goods are received.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the account holder unless otherwise arranged by Bare Blends. 
  • A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
  • If you receive damaged goods or the incorrect product, Bare Blends will either reimburse you or the replace the goods at our cost.
  • Any issues regarding returns may be directed to our email address orders@bareblends.com.au
