B2B Returns Policy
We will accept returned products within Australia given that the product is unopened and returned within one month of receiving the order.
If you wish to return a product for a full refund less postage expenses, please contact us at email@example.com with the order details and reason for return.
- Bare Blends Pty. Ltd. will not begin to process a refund or exchange until the returned goods are received.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the account holder unless otherwise arranged by Bare Blends.
- A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
- If you receive damaged goods or the incorrect product, Bare Blends will either reimburse you or the replace the goods at our cost.
