Within Australia

Wholesale orders within Australia are dispatched with Australia Post and Border Express. Orders placed before 9:45am AEST are generally shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 9:45am will be shipped on the following business day. If delays are expected we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible

Please refer to the table below for approximate delivery times from when the order is dispatched to when it should be received.

International

With international  accounts, shipping costs are the responsibility of the account holder and will be quoted at the best possible rate between DHL and Australia Post.

1. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Bare Bends cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
2. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

4. Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 Day.
5. Orders are generally received within 7-21 business days from the ship date.
